Based in Milwaukee WI and formed in 2007, UC Support Services has been able to help customers build and maintain Cisco based communication solutions. We have undertaken many projects based on Cisco platform of Unified Communication products. The result has been many satisfied organizations that now rely on a solid, unified communications platform.

UC Support Services provides full life cycle of Collaboration based systems:

The first step is to understand and discover the flow of your communications today. This involves all facets, including customer facing communications systems (SIP vs. PRI) and internal communications (internal calls and WAN QoS).

Once the discovery process is completed, we will sit down with you and design a collaboration system that best fits your business needs. A comprehensive design plan is executed. Business requirements are aligned with communication processes.

Using the design as a blueprint, the build out phase is executed. Stringent QA testing is performed to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Once all QA requirements are met, the system is cut over for business production.

On Day 1, you will have full support. Prior to Day 1, all users will have thorough system training and will fully understand the communication elements of the new system. Administrative training will take place on Day 1 and will involve basic administration so the system can be operated efficiently and smoothly with minimul need for support calls. Based on our years of experience, we can go over the most common administrative tasks, such as add, moves and changes (MAC’s)  and system backups.

We will always be there to support any issues or major system changes.
